Qbble (www.qbble.com). You hereby accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of and Conditions of Use when you use any of the above mentioned, without limitation, when you view, visit, access and/or subscribe to the content. If you do not agree to these Terms, and/or any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or that are presented elsewhere on the website and the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.

Changes to Terms

Qbble may modify/alter/delete/make additions to the Terms and Privacy Policy, or any part thereof and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Users’ and subscribers’ use of the website after such modifications shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.

Qbble may change or discontinue any aspect, service, section or feature of the website at any time, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

User Information

You may be asked to share personal details while signing up for the subscription and/or newsletter. Qbble will use the information you provide in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy. By registering you represent and warrant that all information that you provide on the registration form is current, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information on the site so that it remains current, complete and accurate. During the registration process, you may be required to choose a password and/or user name. You acknowledge and agree that Qbble may rely on this password or user name to identify you. The users/subscribers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, computer software, hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the website and mobile app and all charges related to the same.

Users or subscribers may write/comment/upload text, video, audio or images or other materials through the interactive windows provided at the website and mobile app. You are solely responsible for your use of any interactive windows and you use them at your own risk.

The users/subscribers agree to refrain from posting any content that directly or indirectly:

The user/subscriber hereby agrees:

— not to interfere with any other user’s/subscribers’ right to privacy, including by harvesting or collecting personally-identifiable information about the Site users or posting private information about a third party.

— not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Site, use the Site, or access to the Site.

— not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any user content, software or other materials which contain a virus or other harmful or disruptive component.

Any conduct that in Qbble’s sole discretion restricts or inhibits anyone else from using or enjoying the website and mobile application will not be permitted. Qbble reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or edit user content by you and to terminate your account for any reason.

The company does not bear responsibility for any user content or assume any liability for any actions a visitor may take as a result of reading user content posted on the website and mobile app.

Copyright

All content – text, video, audio, pictures, trademarks, copyright, patents, logos, domain names and other related intellectual property rights or other features of our brand belong to Digital Interactive Private Limited or its designated licensors. Users and subscribers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish in any other form, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, enter into a database, transmit or in any way exploit any part of our site. Other organisations may link to our website with or without prior approval. Qbble allows subscribers access and makes personal and non-commercial use of the content delivered. Any commercial use of Qbble content or services shall be governed by company’s Commercial Policy.

Cookies

Qbble websites, mobile app, online services and any interactive platforms at present use cookies to ensure a better user experience. Cookies are small files that are placed on your hard drive when you visit any website (directly or via any applications). Qbble and/or its designated affiliates may use the cookies to provide targeted advertising, marketing research, promotion and other information to you.

Subscription

By taking out a subscription or donate to Qbble you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions enumerated below.

Your subscription will start immediately upon payment. Your payment for the subscription or the contribution amount is non-refundable. Access to the website is provided free of charge (although some content may only be available to paying subscribers) and the contribution does not automatically give the user any privilege over the content/quiz Qbble produces.

The subscription service will be for a period you selected at the time of payment. After that, you will have to renew your subscription for continued access to the digital content. If you purchase a Subscription for a third party (a ‘Gift Subscription’), it will expire at the end of the subscription period. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Gift Subscription.

A soft copy of the bill will be mailed to the user’s email address. The subscribers, at any point of time, can cancel the subscription, but the amount you paid for the stipulated time will not be refunded. All special benefits will be given to the subscriber during the subscription period.

Subscriber Data

Registration Data for a subscriber include name, email address, phone number, address and GST number for corporate contributors. Qbble uses your personal information to provide you with quiz content, other information, special offers, and promotions via various means including e-mail. You may instruct the company at any time not to use your personal information. In case you choose to not furnish any personal information on the website, it might adversely affect your flawless access to certain services concerning sites/ content/ apps/ services/ features as well as the company’s communication with you.

The personal information furnished by the user through the subscription form is essential for the payment process and billing. Once you choose the paid service or contribute, our payment system provider may collect your purchase, address or billing information, including your credit card number and expiration date, etc. The information may also be used for market research and data analysis.

Termination of Service

Qbble reserves the right to terminate access to the website and/or mobile app for any reason and to take any other actions that Qbble, in its sole discretion, believes to be in the interest of the company and some or all of its users and customers.

Legal

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the subscription is governed by and construed under Indian laws and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
