Qbble follows a liberal user engagement policy. They can interact with outlet platforms and submit, post and/or upload content such as comments and pictures through the windows provided. In posting such content, the user confirms to the company that she/he is the owner or have consent from the owner to post such content and that the content complies with our content guidelines and does not defame any person, company or business or violate the privacy rights, copyright and other intellectual property rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. Legal basis of processing

Qbble’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Further information about retention time

Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users’ consent.

Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.

Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Subscription or Support:

By taking out a subscription to Qbble you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions enumerated below.

Your subscription will start immediately upon payment. Your payment for the subscription or the contribution amount is non-refundable. Access to the website is provided free of charge (although some content may only be available to paying subscribers) and the contribution does not automatically give the user any privilege over the content/quiz Qbble produces.

The subscription service will be for a period you selected at the time of payment. After that, you will have to renew your subscription for continued access to the digital content. If you purchase a Subscription for a third party (a ‘Gift Subscription’), it will expire at the end of the subscription period. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Gift Subscription.

A soft copy of the bill will be mailed to the user’s email address. The subscribers, at any point of time, can cancel the subscription, but the amount you paid for the stipulated time will not be refunded. All special benefits will be given to the subscriber during the subscription period.

Termination of Service:

Qbble reserves the right to terminate access to the website and/or mobile app for any reason and to take any other actions that The Digital Interactive Private Limited, in its sole discretion, believes to be in the interest of the company and some or all of its users and customers.

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying its Users on this page and possibly within this Application and/or – as far as technically and legally feasible – sending a notice to Users via any contact information available to the Owner.
