d. Platform Downtime

3. Non-Refundable Situations

a. Change of Mind

7. Trial Periods and Promotions

Occasionally, Qbble may offer free trials or promotional discounts for subscription services:

a. Free Trials
  • If you sign up for a free trial, you must cancel the subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Refunds will not be provided once the trial converts into a paid subscription.
b. Promotional Discounts
  • Subscription fees paid under a promotional discount are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion.
